The Dunkeld & District Historical Museum holds a vast array of artifacts that span numerous periods and events in social history.
We are uniquely Dunkeld & District orientated and focused; every item on display has a story to be told - some fantastic, some sad. Many tell of the hardship endured by the battlers in our area who made Dunkeld and District what it is today.

The Dunkeld Museum is dedicated to collecting, preserving, exhibiting and interpreting our Dunkeld and District history.
The Dunkeld Museum recognises that it is a custodian of the material entrusted to it for preservation for future generations. It is therefore committed to ensuring that the collection is properly catalogued and stored in such a way as to be accessible to the members and the public.
We accept donations that fit our collection aims. The items will be assessed for suitability for the collection, depending on the type of the item, and the relevance to local district history
